Pegaso molds was founded in 2002 by professionals in the field of prefabrication of concrete elements for construction and urban furniture and the production of related plants

Using the founders’ long-standing technical experience and the international spread of partners, Pegaso molds has acquired a strong position in the world. The international spread of the molds, rests on a widespread network of Agents, Resellers and other partners, which allow due assistance to the customer, in the phases of purchase and after sale.

To date, Pegasus moulds exports its products to five continents with satisfaction. The use of modern design tools, has allowed to configure the production with a strong innovative vocation. Currently, each new mold is also dynamically simulated on parametric solid modeling systems.

Solid mold models are processed with CAM systems to automatically run features. An MRP system schedules every operation in terms of delivery times. Each mold is checked in hardness values and dimensional correspondence with the use of advanced metrological systems. Using the best steels and thermal treatments, we guarantee a high quality standard with the use of fully automatic production machines.
